Tickets are sold for the event by Urban Foxes (the ‘Promoter’), the terms and conditions below, and the rules and regulations of the One Love festival (the “Festival”), as detailed on the ticket or displayed at the venue
(the “Site”).
These terms & conditions contain important information, please read them carefully. The buying of the ticket and entry onto the Site shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms & conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these terms & conditions, the Promoter reserves the right, to cancel tickets, to refuse admission, to eject the holder or to confiscate offending articles, as the case may be.
Tickets cannot be transferred, Resold, refunded or re-issued. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Promoter or one of its authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the Site.
No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the Promoter, and any ticket so used will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the Site.
Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter's right to alter or vary the performances and/or the Festival without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
In the event of cancellation of the Festival refunds will be available from point of sale minus booking fee, postage, and festival costs.
Children's tickets (Under 14) are only available when purchasing an adult ticket and all children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Proof of age for child tickets may be required on Site.
To minimise risk of fraud and ticket touts. Tickets will be sent by post minimum 14 days before the event. Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or undelivered tickets cannot be replaced or refunded, there will be no admission without a valid ticket. When you receive your tickets, please check them carefully, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Keep tickets in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight, heat or water can sometimes damage tickets.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival. Security personnel will conduct security searches of persons entering the Site to ensure the safety of the persons on Site.
Entry to the Festival will only be granted via the main entrance. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the management may be ejected from the Site.
Admission to the Site is at the ticket holder’s own risk, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence. The Promoter shall have no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the Site.
No bottles, cans, containers, alcohol, may be brought onto the main Festival Arena where the entertainment is. it is fine up to 1 bottle of Spirt, 1 case of wine 6 bottles and 1 case of beer 6 cans per person to be consumed in the campsite, any alcohol found  brought onto festival arena will be confisacted. Water and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals up to 500ml are permitted in Festival arena.
No off site trips allowed to be made unless in case of emergency. Off site trips only allowed with specific permission from Site / Security manager. Any alcohol found being brought into campsite from a off site trip will not be allowed entry. 
No campsite fires, No Glass allowed to be brought on to site
Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners or other similar articles are not permitted within the Site, any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected from the Site.
No illegal substances may be brought onto the Site, any found will lead to prosecution.
Official merchandise, food, drink and general provisions will be available from authorised identified vendors within the Site. No trading shall be undertaken without the consent of the Promoter, any offenders will have their property confiscated and will be ejected from the Site.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited. No tape or video recorders, or professional photographic equipment will be permitted on the Site, any beach will lead to confiscation of equipment.  
Ticket holders consent to their inclusion in official photographic, visual & audio recordings of the Festival as members of the audience.
No animals are allowed on-site, Guide dogs for the blind excepted.
