  11. this isn’t ticket related but i really need to know the best, easiest and cheapest way to get from upminster train station to the festival? thanks.

    • Travel by Taxi:
You can get from Upminster Tube/Rail Station by taxi. The festival is approx 2 miles from the station and is a 3 minute car ride.

      Upminster Taxi Rank: 01708 225832 | Station Cars of Upminster: 01708 229400 | Hornchurch Minicabs: 01708 700000

    • Hi Keith – Thanks for email- we have extended the deposit scheme to run throughout the Mid Price Promotion – you see details of that on our buy ticket now page – hope that helps – One Love xx

  12. Not really ticket related, but i read somewhere about no campfires i think? But would there maybe be any areas available for fire spinning at all (staff/poi etc)? Obviously away from tents etc..

    • HI Squid – Payment plans are in Ticket Info – pay 50% and in the tickets page – you pay 50% now and remaining 50% in May – hope that helps – x

    • Hi Angie – Live In Vehicles are separate from main campsite as vehicles and tent have to be separated for health and safety reasons – mid price live in vehicles are £40 per vehicle to secure your pitch – hope that helps – One Love xx

  13. Hi, really interested in coming and was wondering about tent size, are there any size restrictions, we have a large family tent.
    Many thanks

  15. If I want weekend, with a camper van, how do I book? Is i:

‘Mid Price – Adult Weekend Ticket £ 110.00 (Incl Camping)’

    Plus

‘Live in Vehicle £ 40.00′ separately?

Would those both be x 2 for two of us (silly question!)

  17. Hi,

I want to buy tickets for my mum & her friend as a surprise but due to them both having children they couldn’t camp for the whole week, so wondered can you just camp for 1 night or do you have to camp for the week? I was going to buy them 2 day passes so they have 2 days with you, but they would have no where to stay?

Is there anything we can do?

    Many thanks,

    • Hi – Thanks for email – Day Ticket holders are allowed to camp entire weekend – there’s a Day Ticket Camping Pass on ticket options that allow this – hope that helps xxx

  18. Hello I wanted to know that if I bring my car to park on site do I pay for the £10 weekend fee plus the tickets per person?
