One Love Graffiti Crew
We’re One Love Graffiti Crew a loose collective of underground writers, mural heads and lifelong music lovers who’ve been part of the One Love landscape for over a decade. If you’ve walked the site in years gone by and suddenly caught a burst of colour that made you stop, smile, take a photo, or just look twice… that’s the energy we live for.
What we do
Across the weekend we build a live graffiti wall not a static “festival artwork” stuck up and forgotten, but a canvas that evolves in real time as the music moves through the fields and woodland.
You’ll see:
-
sketches turning into outlines
-
outlines turning into full pieces
-
colours building, blending, clashing, popping
-
collaborations happening on the spot
-
and the occasional moment where you look away for ten minutes and it’s suddenly something else entirely
What graffiti is
Graffiti is raw visual culture a language that started on the streets, on trains, under bridges, in places people weren’t “supposed” to create. It’s a mix of:
-
lettering and style
-
character and symbol
-
rhythm and flow
-
identity and presence
Why it matters at a festival like this
One Love has always been more than stages it’s a moving village. Graffiti fits because it’s:
-
unfiltered (like the best music)
-
community-led (like the campsite)
-
live (like the session)
Watching a wall come alive is the same feeling as watching a set build: you can feel the momentum rising, piece by piece, layer by layer. It gives the site character. It gives people something to gather around between dances. It creates memories that stick.
Come find us!
We’re back in the fields. Back in the energy. Back in the colours.
Come watch, come chat, come take photos, come say hi if you see us.
