TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promoter: Urban Foxes (“the Promoter”)
Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold subject to availability. Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on entry. Lost tickets may not be replaced.
Admission & Conduct
Admission is at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter may refuse entry or remove any person behaving dangerously, illegally, or in breach of site rules. No compensation is payable in such circumstances.
Programme Changes
Line-up and running times are subject to change. Changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
Changes / Postponement / Cancellation
If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If postponed to the following year, tickets roll over and remain valid for the next edition.
Except where required by law, tickets are non-refundable.
Prohibited Items / Policies
No dogs (assistance dogs only). No glass. No nitrous oxide. No illegal substances. No weapons. No fireworks/flares. No open fires / disposable BBQs. Unauthorised sound systems prohibited.
Alcohol Policy
Reasonable personal alcohol allowed for campsite consumption only. No glass. Beer and wine must be decanted into plastic.
Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. The Promoter is not responsible for loss/theft of property. Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence.
Media
The event may be filmed/photographed. By attending you consent to possible inclusion in promotional materials.
