Om & Bass at One Love / One Sun 2026

Om & Bass brings its own unique energy to One Love / One Sun 2026 with a dedicated sober, healing and vegan wellbeing space woven into the wider life of the festival. It adds another current to the weekend: somewhere to pause, reset, move, connect and recharge while still feeling fully part of the atmosphere of the site. Built around inclusivity, accessibility, fun and a down-to-earth approach to wellbeing, Om & Bass has long positioned itself as a music-and-wellness gathering with zero pretence and a strong sense of community.

Their motto says it best: “Zen As Fk.”** Om & Bass describes itself as having “zero spiritual snobbery” and a fun-loving, grounded approach to wellbeing rather than anything po-faced or exclusive. That is exactly why it fits so naturally within One Love / One Sun. This is not a sealed-off retreat tucked away from the festival. It is a living, welcoming part of the wider weekend — open-hearted, playful, restorative and very human.

A sober, healing and vegan wellbeing space

Set within the festival site at Bentley Estate, the Om & Bass area will offer a quieter and more restorative dimension to the weekend. Alongside the sound systems, woodland arenas, camping and culture of the festival, this space creates room for people to breathe, stretch, ground themselves and reconnect. Om & Bass events are built around expert-led wellbeing sessions, inclusive participation and the idea that healing spaces should feel accessible, safe and full of life rather than overly formal or performative.

Free workshops across the weekend

Across the weekend, Om & Bass area will be offering free workshops in:

  • yoga

  • mindfulness

  • meditation

  • relaxation

  • sound baths

  • Ice Baths

  • saunas

  • shamanic practices

  • ceremonies

  • martial arts

  • tai chi

  • qi gong

This sits very naturally with the way Om & Bass presents its wider programme, which regularly includes yoga, meditation, martial arts, sound healing, empowerment, ceremonies and movement-based practices led by experienced facilitators. Their event pages also highlight dance, breathwork, kirtan, sound journeys and workshops designed to support both energy and calm across a full festival day.

Bookable specialist sessions

Alongside the free programme, there will also be a small number of additional paid workshops, including:

  • Sacred Blue Lotus Ceremony

  • Healing Cacao Ceremony

  • Ice Bath with Breathwork

These specialist workshops can be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

That advance-booking structure reflects the way Om & Bass already presents some of its more specialist or higher-touch experiences, including ceremonies and premium sessions that sit alongside the wider included programme.

Schedule, healers and therapies

The full schedule of classes, plus a list of healers and therapies, will be announced soon.

Om & Bass places strong emphasis on expert-led sessions and experienced facilitators, and its public materials consistently frame its events as community-oriented, inclusive and carefully held spaces rather than generic wellness add-ons.

More than a side attraction

Om & Bass helps make One Love / One Sun more than just a music event. It gives the weekend another dimension — one that supports balance, nourishment and connection. Whether that means beginning the day with yoga, dropping into meditation, taking part in breathwork, joining a ceremony, exploring sound healing or simply stepping out of the bass for a while, the Om & Bass space will be there as part of the wider rhythm of the festival.

This is a space for people who want the full weekend experience to include not just movement and music, but also restoration, grounding and a different kind of energy. In the context of One Love / One Sun, it helps complete the picture: sound system culture, woodland exploration, camping, community and a wellbeing area that feels real rather than worthy.
